He might not be as famous as his four-hoofed friend Rudolph but ‘Ralph the Green-Nosed Reindeer’ was the star character in a Christmas show staged at Berry Hill Primary School.
About 120 Key Stage One pupils, aged between five and seven, told the musical story of Ralph who has to step in to save the day when Rudolph is taken ill.
Key Stage One coordinator Melanie Price said: “The concert was one of three staged by the school with four performances in front of parents and carers.
“The children spent about three weeks preparing and did really well. It was a great success.”
Other shows at the school, on Blackscotch Lane, involved Reception and Key stage Two pupils.
