Sutton baby murder accused remanded over bail breach

A man charged with murdering a baby has been remanded into custody after breaking his curfew set out by his bail conditions.
Scott Gladwin (20) of Mill Croft, Sutton, appeared at Mansfield Magistrates’ Court where he was taken into custody after admitting the breach.

He is due to stand trial later this month at Nottingham Crown Court after he was charged last year with the murder of a youngster in 2010.
He is also due to stand trial , via videolink, at Mansfield Magistrates’ Court on 22nd October after he was accused of stealing boltcroppers worth £36 from B&Q in Sutton in August.
