After a break, the walk follows the river into Chee Dale - with the majestic Chee Tor towering above.

Beyond the dale, the group head north to Wormhill village for another break and more good views.

The next section takes in the wild unspoilt Monks Dale dropping down to Millers Dale for the main stop, with welcome refreshment available at the Anglers’ Rest pub.

The last point of interest will be a steady climb up to the Millers Dale Nature Reserve, returning back to Taddington for a 6pm coach departure home.
