Sometime between 5.30pm on Sunday, 26th April and 9am on Monday, 27th April, offenders forced the front door of the bowling green pavilion on Villas Road, Bolsover to gain entry.

Once inside, they forced open a locked cabinet before making off with keys.

Bolsover PCSO Ben Perry said: “This is not the first time the bowling green has been targeted and the ongoing incidents are understandably causing upset for members of the club and local residents.

I am urging anyone who has details about the crime to get in touch and help to bring those responsible to justice.”

To report any information about this incident, call PCSO Perry on 101, quoting CR/17519/15, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.

The club has been targeted by thieves and vandals previously and the Bolsover Safer Neighbourhood Team worked to find two people responsible at the time.

They were dealt with by means of Restorative Justice and painted the club’s fencing.
