Hucknall has been hit by a spate of bike and vehicle thefts in the seven days to Thursday October 8.

A garage door was forced open and a blue, black and white Cannondale Hybrid cycle was stolen from an address on Watnall Road, Hucknall, sometime between 12.01am and 8am on Saturday October 3.

A chained and locked black, orange and grey Aprilla SR50 moped was stolen from a front garden on Eastwood Close in Hucknall, sometime between 7pm on Tuesday 6 and 8.55am Wednesday October 7.

A bracelet, handbag and car keys were stolen from an address on Morven Avenue, Hucknall after thieves entered via a rear open window. The car was searched but not stolen. The incident happened between 10pm on Sunday October 4 and 5.20am the following day.

Between 1am on Thursday 1 and 1.47am Friday 2 October in Devitt Drive, a house was entered via an unlocked patio door. A work bag, mobile phone, car keys and a black Vauxhall Astra were stolen though the car was later recovered.

Cash was stolen when thieves entered a commercial property on Annesley Road, Hucknall, via a rear door, sometime between 9pm on Tuesday October 6 and 8.45am on Wednesday October 7.

At about 11.05am on Wednesday October 7 at the Aldi store car park, Ashgate Road, a handbag was taken from the front seat of a car whilst the owner was returning a shopping trolley.

Between 9.30am and 4.30pm on Wednesday September 30 in Ogle Street, Hucknall a black men’s Raleigh bike was stolen from a communal bike shed.
