The firm has said it will re-open all its villages on July 13.
A spokesman said: “After an almost four-month closure, we cannot wait to welcome our guests and staff back to the forest.
“In line with government guidance, you will see some changes to the way we do things once we re-open. Our team of experts have reviewed everything we do, right down to the smallest detail, to make sure we’re keeping our guests and staff as safe as possible.
“We know many of you will be looking forward to some time away following lockdown and our aim was always to open our forest as soon as we felt prepared to do so. We will be reducing the amount of guests on village and a limited number of lodges are now available to book on our website.
“When we first open some facilities won’t be available but as soon as we can, we will. We plan to review government guidelines on a regular basis and open additional facilities as and when we know we are ready.
“We will continue to update our website with the latest information and if you decide to book, we’ll contact you again around two weeks before you’re due to visit and confirm what facilities will be available. Don’t worry, if you’re not comfortable to visit or the facilities you were expecting aren’t available, you’ll be given the option to move your break to a later date or get a full refund.”
