Top marks for NHS trust
Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust has been ranked as one of the best in the region for the quality of its patient environments.
The trust, which is responsible for Kings Mill and Newark Hospital, scored 99.31 per cent for cleanliness, 86.68 per cent for food and hydration, 92.74 per cent for privacy, and 93.75 per cent for appearance and maintenance.
The results were published by the Health and Social Care Information Centre following patient surveys.
