The team from St Michael’s Church, Pleasley, organised a four-day Christmas Tree festival which included concerts by the Pleasley Colliery Welfare Band and the Take Note choir.

The annual festival, which included a display of 47 trees decorated by people from the area, was also attended by schoolchildren from Anthony Bek primary.
