VIDEO: Holes smashed in shop window after ‘hammer attack’
Chad has been sent these pictures of a shop front in New Ollerton, which was the target of an attack at the weekend.
Police have confirmed the windows of Carlin Flooring, at the Forest Centre, was the subject of criminal damage in the early hours of Saturday morning (October 31).
Steve Carlin, owner of the shop, said he believed this was a targeted attack, in which a hammer was used to smash seven holes in the shop’s front.
Nottinghamshire Police are currently investigating the incident, which took place about 12.30am, and are urging anybody with information to contact them on 101.
