The BBC has released a new trailer to tease Sherlock fans about the upcoming series.
It first premiered at the San Diego’s Comic-Con yesterday and the 90-second clip features Benedict Cumberbatch in fist and gun fights and at one point looking clearly shaken.
Sherlock became the UK’s most watched drama series since 2001. An average 11.82 million people watched the third series, with about 12.72 million tuning in for the first episode.
The Bafta and Emmy award winning show will be returning to screens in 2017 where Moriarty and new villain Toby Jones will join Holmes and Watson.
