Warsop has become the latest area to be switched on to a high speed fibre broadband service.
The town now has access to fibre broadband in the multi million pound Better Broadband for Nottinghamshire (BBfN) partnership between Nottinghamshire County Council and BT.
For many Warsop residents, it will mean they will be able to work from home, download music and films faster, buy and sell goods online, play games, video-message friends, access online council services and watch TV on-demand for the first time. The programme has achieved another significant milestone of reaching over 50,000 premises.
When the overall rollout is completed in Spring 2018, more than 80,000 properties in the county will be covered by BBfN.
