I AM writing with regard to the story in last week’s Dispatch, headed ‘Plea For Action On Horrendous Road’, about traffic and danger and Annesley Cutting.
The resident quoted in the story, Sue Peat, is very lucky that she can count how many cars there are in front of her.
I often happen to be in the queue that travels towards Annesley Cutting from Hucknall. I cannot count how many cars there are in front of me.
When I go to work, it takes me only 15 minutes. To get home, with the traffic from the Sherwood Business Park, it can take me up to 45 minutes.
