Goals shared around as Magpies see off Bingham

Four different players were on target as Notts County Ladies Development Squad Senior Reserves recorded a 4-0 success over Bingham in a match played in blustery conditions.

The visitors needed to make the most of two substitutes as injuries once again struck.

That was no more the case than for Katrina Bloomer who had a blinding game until an ankle injury side-lined her.

Captain Ellie Marriott was happy and confident in defence as Lauren Wilson, who has re-joined the club, came straight back into the side

After a series of good corners, Kirsty Peat and Cath Eyley cleverly lined up a free kick and the former scored.

Moments later, the superb player of the match Jade Sheppard made it 2-0 following hard work from Jessie Knott.

Charley MacLaren and Nicola Tomkinson had great games and, playing against her old team, Rhiannon Middleton got stuck in.

The third goal came following a great Peat run and shot that allowed Ashleigh Harris to nip in and slot home.

In goal, Chelsea Taylor pulled off some great before finally a mistake by her opposite number saw Carolanne Young steam in to score.

Tia Wheelhouse twisted and turned to show off her skilful play and good movements came from a number of mini Pies.

But it was Ellie May Bramley who earned herself player of the match for her endless battling and determination.
