Mansfield Town picture of the day: Stags knocked out of 1969/70 FA Cup by mighty Leeds United
Mansfield Town are pictured in action during their 2-0 defeat against eventual winners Leeds United in the FA Cup fifth round in 1970.
Stags had reached the fifth round after beating Bury 2-0, Shrewsbury Town 2-1 away, Barnsley 3-2 and Blackpool 2-0 away during a memorable run.
But Leeds proved a ste too far with goals from Giles and Clarke settling the tie in front of more than 48,000 fans.
