Magpies youngsters finally defeat Bingham

It was third time lucky for Notts County Ladies under-9s as they beat Bingham.

The hosts had twice been defeated this season by well-organised opponents.

But this match was a different story, leaving the supporters of the team feeling very proud.

The team did everything that was asked of them, from Brianna Brown in goal, whose handling and distribution was brilliant, to Grace McGee, Millie Morley and Poppy Waller, who were solid at the back and always looked for the right pass going forward.

Then there was Ellie-May Bramley, Dulcie Rhodes and Olivier Saunders, who never stopped running helped out going both forward and back.

Up front, Kayleigh Street, player of the match Isla Newbury and Josie Soar ran Bingham’s defence ragged throughout.

The three goals were scored by Rhodes, Street and Newbury.
