Stags to look at Monakana loan extension
Mansfield Town boss Adam Murray would like to extend Jeffrey Monakana’s loan spell when it expires this week – but the cost of accommodation for the Brighton winger may be a sticking point.
“We will sit down with him this week and have a chat,” said Murray.
“Because he comes from Brighton, the accommodation situation may be an issue. We will have to ask the club what they can do.
“But we only have two wingers at the club and with Junior Brown and Reggie Lambe both picking up knocks in the last two weeks, we are running on a bare minimum with them and the way we want to play.
