The Stags manager will be scribing his name in copies of Stag Party: The Inside Story of Mansfield Town’s Return to the Football League at a book signing evening held in the One Call Stadium’s Kevin Bird Suite, starting at 7pm.

The publication charts Mansfield’s epic journey back to the big time and includes the thoughts of all the leading protagonists in the triumph, including Cox, John Radford, Matt Green, Adam Murray, Luke Jones and Alan Marriott, as well as memories from a selection of fans.

Also featured are 24 pages of stirring colour pictures that capture the key moments on the pitch, together with the unforgettable celebrations that followed.

The book’s author, Matt Halfpenny, will be on hand to add his signature too, and supporters will have chance to ask both men questions on the memorable campaign – from the end-of-year highs to the early-season lows.

Copies of the book will be available to purchase on the night with the author’s profits going to local charities Nottingham City Hospital’s Prostate Cancer Appeal and the Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire Air Ambulance.
