Stags supporter Craig is League Two Fan of the Month

Sammy the Stags receives the award on behalf of Craig Ploughman from Stags defender Ryan Tafazolli.

Accounts clerk Craig and colleagues from the law firm where he works raised over £700 in a charity run for Mansfield fan Lisa Lodder, who lost her battle with cancer earlier this year.

Craig said: “I am now planning to run the Worksop Halloween Half Marathon for Emma Stamp.

“Emma was a good friend and also a big Stags supporter who lost her life in a car accident at the age of 23.”

Mansfield Town chairman John Radford said: “The club is proud of Craig for his sterling efforts in raising money in honour of both Lisa Lodder and Emma Stamp.

“He is a deserved winner of this award and everyone at the Stags would like to commend him for his endeavours.”
