“Our season tickets are amongst the best value in the English Football League and buying a season ticket at One Call Stadium is the cheapest way to see the Stags next season.

“The club believes that the impressive figure of sales is due to a combination of factors. Many supporters tell us that they are pleased with the season ticket pricing structure and have taken great heart from a respectable finish in League Two last season, heading into 2016-17.

“The signings which Adam Murray has made in the close season have been both eye catching and exciting, renewing the sense of anticipation amongst the faithful and right through the town.”

He continued: “We have a terrific nucleus of fans here, who are loyal and supportive in the way we are moving the club forward, in every department at One Call Stadium.

Stags ended up with 1,740 season ticket holders last season, down from 1,840 the year before.
