Stags unchanged for first time at Crewe

For the first time this season, Mansfield Town were unchanged for today’s trip to Crewe Alexandra.

Stags still have not won for six games, but boss Adam Murray was delighted with his side’s display in the 1-1 away draw at bogey side Accrington Stanley on Tuesday night.

That meant star striker Matt Green began the game on the bench for the second game on the trot.

Today was Stags’ first clash with Crewe since 2003. The home side were looking to bounce back from a midweek 5-1 thumping at Wycombe.
