Two changes for Stags, but Green on the bench again for Wycombe clash

The Mansfield Town side showed two changes for this afternoon's visit of Wycombe Wanderers, but star striker Matt Green was on the bench for a fifth game on the trot.

amie McGuire, who suffered a nasty leg injury in training and ended up at hospital, was missing, while Kevan Hurst was dropped to the bench.

But Green, last week’s two-goal hero, wasn’t well early in the week so boss Adam Murray elected to keep him on the bench.

Into midfield came Oscar Gobern while Kyle Howkins had recovered from an injury picked up at the end of August to make a return into central defence, skipper Lee Collins edged forwards into the holding midfield role that McGuire had held.
