Norwood Park Golf Club’s hospice charity boost

Norwood Park Golf Centre’s fund-raising efforts so far this year now stands over £6,000 in aid of Notts/Lincs Air Ambulance and the Nottinghamshire Hospice after the club’s annual Charity Golf Day raised £3,700.

The day included an Open Am/Am, with 170 golfers taking part, acharity cake stall and a raffle, finished off with a grand buffet and prize presentations.

Club captains’ Lynne Ellis and Lee Molloy said: “We are really overwhelmed with the support we have been given so far and we wish to personally thank all our members, visitors, sponsors, prize donators, cake bakers and the wonderful staff at Norwood for all your generosity once again.”
