Both have recently returned from a GB Training Camp in Cyprus and are now preparing for the IPC European Championships taking place in Eindhoven in August.

In between Ollie has the small matter of the Commonwealth Games and will be leaving for the Team England training base in London from 14th July before travelling to Glasgow on 21st July to compete in the SM8 200m individual medley on Monday, 28th July.

He will then join up with the rest of the GB Para Swimming team, including Charlotte to travel to the Netherlands on Saturday 2nd August.

Meanwhile, Selston’s Molly Renshaw, who will also compete at the Commonwealth Games, swam in the Japan Open in Tokyo and sliced more than half a second off her personal best to equal Sophie Taylor’s English 200m breaststroke record of 2:24.46 from this year’s British Gas Swimming Championships in Glasgow.
