Third-placed Hucknall enjoyed a convincing eight-wicket win over Long Eaton in the Gunn & Moore South Notts League Division A.
Joel Wright (5-50) and Suhail Ahmed (3-25) ripped through Long Eaton, who were all out for 119.
Then Dale Campbell’s 56 helped see Hucknall to victory.
However, Frederik Andersen (144), Duncan McKeown (103), Rhys Hayes (62) and Dan O’Brien (3- 21) kept Gedling Colliery (345-5) at the top of the table as they defeated previous leaders Belvoir (265), despite a superb display from Greg Oldfield (104 and 3-95).
In Division C, Hucknall II were well beaten by Gotham who, chasing 186, reached their target for the loss of only four wickets.
In Division H it wasn’t a bad day at the office for Ravi Digwa as he top-scored with 37 and then took 7-16 as third-placed Young Lions (115) skittled out fourth-placed Hucknall III for just 50.
In Division N a superb 130 not out from Michael Rees saw Hucknall IV (191-8) hold out for victory as bottom club West Bridgford Legion (152-9) fell short in their reply.
