Sherwood sign off in style for the summer
Swimming a maximum of four races each, the young squad consistently took top three places in each of their events, setting new personal best times along the way to take into the new season’s Meets and Galas starting in September.
Head coach Ian Negus paid tribute to his squad’s hard work, saying that it was outstanding that they were still taking seconds off their individual race times at the end of a long, hard year and that it was testament to their hard work and long hours training in the pool both morning and night.
