Sutton swim star crowned overall winner at the Latvian Winter National Short Course Championship
Sutton Swimming Club’s Ruslan Golubs has been crowned overall National Champion at the Latvian Winter National Short Course Championships.
The 14 year-old star swam a massive Personal Best time in the 800m Freestyle event of 8 minutes 42.85 seconds.
He also took a Silver medal in the 400m Individual Medley event with another PB of 4 minutes 43.92 seconds.
To complete the full set of medals Ruslans also won a Bronze medal for his efforts in the 200m Butterfly event in a time of 2.14.91.
