Bon Giovi perform all the greatest hits such as Living On A Prayer, It’s My Life, Wanted Dead or Alive, as well as many others from every album ever produced in one amazing stage show which include all these hits and more, not to mention performing rare tracks that even Bon Jovi haven’t performed for many years.

So if you’re ready to Runaway on One Wild Night down that Lost Highway for a taste of the some of the world’s greatest Stadium Anthems, then look out for Bon Giovi at The Flowerpot, the closest you’ll get to the Real Thing.

Then, on Saturday, May 16, the musical entertainment at the King Street venue comes from the Dana Fuchs Band, with support on the night from Harriet.

A sensational artiste who is currently on tour throughout Europe in support of her latest album Bliss Avenue, Dana Fuchs is a phenomenon, a singer whose mesmerising voice and presence has led critics to compare her to rock legends from Janis Joplin to Mick Jagger.

Dana’s portrayal of Sadie in the highly acclaimed Sony Pictures Beatles musical film Across The Universe, has exposed her considerable talents to a wide, international audience.

Raised in a rural town in the swamps of Florida surrounded by soul, funk, rock and country, she was singing every Sunday in a small black Baptist choir by age 12.

At 19, she headed north to New York to “sing the blues” alone and broke, ending up down and out on NYC’s Lower East Side where she worked her way up through New York City’s gritty club scene, combining her deep southern music roots with her sometimes dark but always soulful stories of lost, ambivalent, and misplaced love.

Her sold out NYC club shows led to Dana being cast as Janis Joplin in the hit off-Broadway musical show Love, Janis.

The show led to her discovery by renowned director Julie Taymor, who cast her in Across The Universe. Dana is currently on tour in the UK in support of her latest album Bliss Avenue released in July 2013.

Sensational is an understatement in the case of a Dana Fuchs live performance.

Please don’t miss this chance to catch Dana in the intimate atmosphere of the Flowerpot, Derby.

Support comes from Derby singer/songwriter Harriet, who has just released her new EP Hidden Messages and with her a wide collection of catchy, original songs is now building a large and loyal following in the city.

Doors open for both gigs at 8pm. Admission is £10 for Bon Giovi and £15 for Dana Fuchs Band.

Advance tickets are available from The Flowerpot and RAW Promotions and also by going online at
