Easter show for company

It is taking place at Marlpool United Reformed Church Community Hall from Wednesday, March 18 until Friday, March 20.

Marlpool URC Theatre Company bring their own unique brand of musical entertainment to the stage for their annual Easter concert – and this year’s offering promises to be a real treat.

Songs of Stage and Screen is a wonderful collection of songs to suit all tastes, featuring timeless classics from shows such as Oklahoma, Hair, Sweet Charity and Barnum, to movie masterpieces from James Bond, Shrek and Frozen.

The crew is led by musical director Alison Bailey with choreography by Korina Steed.

Music-lovers of all ages are sure to enjoy this this lively and eclectic concert, performed nightly at 7.30pm. Tickets are on sale from the box office on 01332 986082, priced £5.

The company has an age range of 6 to 85 and has been performing together for over 30 years.

Their next production will be family favourite Oliver!, from October 20-24.
