Pupils of Christ The King Catholc Voluntary Academy, Arnold, stage The Crucible

Arthur Miller’s play The Crucible, about the 17th century Salem witch-hunt, will be performed by pupils of Christ The King Catholic Voluntary Academy at their school in Arnold.

The story of how a community is stirred into madness by superstition, paranoia and malice is a savage attack on the evils of mindless persecution and the terrifying power of false accusations.
