Up up and away with the NPO
The Nottingham Philharmonic Orchestra will be taking wing on Saturday, January 31, with its renowned family concert, this year based on the theme of flight.
Hosted by the one and only Ken Bruce from BBC Radio 2 and presenting film themes including Superman, ET and Harry Potter, plus classics such as Ride of the Valkyries, Flight of the Bumble Bee and Spitfire Prelude and Fugue to name a few, there will be all manner of well-known tunes for all ages.
