Wilson’s big screen sounds
John Wilson makes his latest appearance at Nottingham’s Royal Concert Hall on November 4.
Joined by the hand-picked John Wilson Orchestra, the talented British conductor and arranger’s latest show is entitled Gershwin In Hollywood, and focuses on the music George Gershwin and lyricist brother Ira wrote for the big screen before the former’s early death in 1937.
