Winster show for DaleDiva
Since DaleDiva was formed seven years ago, they have always been known as a group of ordinary women doing extraordinary things.
They are an a cappella chorus of 70 women from Derbyshire and are mums, daughters, grandmothers, students, teachers, nurses – you name it.

In the few years since they began, they have won numerous medals on the national competition stage, performed as part of the BBC’s Last Choir Standing and Children in Need appeal, and were invited to take part in Radio 3’s Choir of the Year.
They also won Channel 5’s Don’t Stop Believing, a search to find Britain’s best show choir. Having won at the National Convention last May, they are going for gold at the World Championships in Las Vegas in October, singing against the best choruses in the world on the famous MGM Grand Stage.
This is DaleDiva’s second appearance in Winster. It will be the full chorus, but tailored to fit into the Burton Institute, Winster’s village hall.
