Young soloist joins forces with NSO

Nottingham Symphony Orchestra’s latest concert takes place on Saturday, May 16, at the city’s Albert Hall venue.

Conducted by Derek Williams, the concert starts at 7.30pm and will feature three popular classics.

These are Borodin’s attractive Prince Igor Overture, Bruch’s much-loved Violin Concerto and Tchaikovsky’s exciting, passionate, multi-faceted Fifth Symphony.

The soloist will be the highly talented 12-year-old Edward Tomanek, whose violin teacher is a member of NSO.
