Law firm teams up with homecare provider in Mansfield and Ashfield
The move sees the firm, with offices in Mansfield and Ashfield, helping with fund-raising activities, joint marketing initiatives, and being on a legal panel that is able to provide a range of services to Respectful Care’s clients.
Respectful Care was set up to help people who need extra support to stay in the comfort of their own home.

Hide AdRespectful Care’s Support and Care Workers help people with services such as helping them to wash, dress and groom themselves, medication, incontinence care, companionship, and household chores such as dusting and vacuuming, making beds, washing and ironing and shopping.
Mark Slade, managing partner at Fidler and Pepper, said: “Independence is important to many people but sometimes they need that extra bit of support and that’s where Respectful Care comes in.
“As people grow older, and also perhaps have medical and family issues, so too they might need legal support from lawyers who are experienced and knowledgeable in issues that affect them.”
Respectful Care creates a personalised plan to enable people to live a life that is as independent, active and as fulfilled as possible, with a wide range of one-to-one services tailored to meet an individual’s needs.

Hide AdHome visits can be anywhere between 30 minutes a week to 24-hours-a-day, seven days a week.
The services of Respectful Care are available to private paying clients who have a personal budget and receive this by a direct payment.
