Ben Bailey homes given five stars

BEN Bailey Homes – part of the Gladedale Group - has been awarded the maximum five stars for customer recommendation in the Home Builders Federation (HBF) national survey of homebuyers.

It is the second successive year the firm - which has 14 developments in the Midlands, including Nottinghamshire.

More than 29,000 new homebuyers across the country took part in the 2012 HBF customer satisfaction survey.

In the survey, new homebuyers were asked if they were satisfied with the quality of their new home and if they would recommend the builder of their home to a friend.

More than 90 per cent of Ben Bailey Homes’ customers said they would recommend the homebuilder gaining it the prestigious five star rating.

The results of the survey were also supported and analysed by the National House Building Council (NHBC), which is the standards setter for the UK house building industry.

Rob Slocombe, Gladedale Group marketing director, said: “Our customers are the biggest advocates for our properties and service, so we’re thrilled to receive this accolade as a result of their feedback.”

The survey, now in its eighth year, also revealed that customer satisfaction across the homebuilding sector as a whole have climbed to a level that matches or exceeds those in almost any other industry.

Gladedale Group has over 65 current developments in the UK, ranging from Aberdeen in north east Scotland to Polegate in the south east of England.
