22,000 patients who may have been treated by dentist in Nottinghamshire to be recalled in HIV and Hepatitis scare
Health chiefs are to recall more than 22,000 patients who may have been treated by a HIV-positive dentist in Nottinghamshire.
The recall by NHS England is believed to be the biggest ever in British medical history.
It is understood patients will be tested for a range of blood-borne diseases - including HIV, Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C.

Hide AdMore details about the recall are to be disclosed at a news conference in Mansfield this morning (Wednesday).
Reports in today’s national media suggest that the dentist worked for more than 32 years in the Nottingham area.
