Air ambulance at Brierley bike accident
The air ambulance was called out to Brierley Forest Park in Huthwaite on Thursday following an accident on the new BMX track.
The ambulance landed at around 2.30pm and was captured in a photograph by Chad reader Dean Lucas.

Hide AdA spokesman for the East Midlands Ambulance Service said that the incident related to a 10-year-old boy who had fallen off a bike and was complaining of head and back pain.
He said: “One of our solo responders attended and a double crew ambulance and started to treat his injuries. Air ambulance was called in to provide further treatment and take patient to the Queen’s Medical Centre in Nottingham.”
