Cash gift for town development group
Elaine Kinsella, right, of Uhuru Peaceful Trust, presents a cheque for £4,000 to members of Mansfield Woodhouse Community Development Group.
The funds will be used to help organise the ongoing Community Action Forum giving members of the public within Mansfield Woodhouse a chance to voice their opinions and the Village Social and Fundraising Group, who organise community events throughout the year.
Uhuru Peaceful Trust will also be placing clothing banks around Mansfield Woodhouse for people to donate textiles.
