Bulwell drink-driver gets three-year ban

A Bulwell man has been banned for driving for three years after pleading guilty to drink-driving.

Nottingham Magistrates’ Court heard that Luke Kelly, 30, of Ravensworth Road, was found to be over the limit when he was stopped on Highbury Road in Nottingham on March 26.

Kelly was fined £300 and also ordered to pay £85 costs and a £34 victim surcharge.

He was also disqualified from driving for three years but this will be reduced if he completes a Government course.
