Here are some of the most recent cases to be heard at Mansfield Magistrates Court betweenOctober 5 and 10.

Robert Cantar, 32, of Seventh Avenue, Forest Town, Mansfield, admitted: drive whilst disqualified and without third party insurance. He received a six week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months. He was disqualified for 22 months.

David Sedgwick, 48, of no fixed address, admitted: theft in dwelling other than an automatic machine or meter. He was sentenced to ten weeks in prison. He was ordered to pay £50 compensation.

Shaun Wright, 38, of Ruby Way, Mansfield, admitted: drive whilst disqualified. He was disqualified for six months. He was fined £333 with a £133 surcharge and £85 costs.

Dean Revill, 51, of Perlethorpe Avenue, Meden Vale, Mansfield, admitted: possess an offensive weapon in a public place. He received a six month prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, with a 31 day rehabilitation programme. He was ordered to pay £85 costs and a £154 surcharge.

Inese Bumeistare, 47, of Willberforce Road, New England, Peterborough, admitted: fail to provide specimen for analysis - vehicle driver. He received a 12 month community order with 15 rehabilitation days and 200 hours of unpaid work. He was disqualified for 36 months but a rehabilitation course could reduce the ban by 25 per cent.

Steven Castledine, 58, of Alfreton Road, Selston, admitted: fail to provide specimen for analysis - vehicle driver. He was fined £200 with an £80 surcharge and £85 costs. He was disqualified for 28 months but a rehabilitation course could reduce the ban by 25 per cent.

Ryan Fagan, 32, of Humphries Gardens, Worksop, admitted: driving with 64 microgrammes of alcohol when the legal limit is 35 microgrammes. He was fined £697 with a £277 surcharge and £85 costs. He was disqualified for 18 months but a rehabilitation course could reduce the ban by 25 per cent.

Christopher Warburton, 26, of Ashcroft Road, Gainsborough, admitted: driving with 89 microgrammes of alcohol when the legal limit is 35 microgrammes. He was fined £675 with a £270 surcharge and £85 costs. He was disqualified for 22 months but a rehabilitation course could reduce the ban by 25 per cent.

Robert Houndslow, 61, of Westfield Road, Rotherham, admitted: driving with 70 microgrammes of alcohol when the legal limit is 35 microgrammes. He was fined £180 with a £72 surcharge and £85 costs. He was disqualified for 20 months but a rehabilitation course could reduce the ban by 25 per cent.

Theresa Black, 50, of St Wilfreds Close, North Muskham, Newark, admitted: in charge of motor vehicle - alcohol level above limit. She was disqualified for 28 days. She was fined £576 with a £230 surcharge and £85 costs.

John Payne, 50, of Cairngorm Drive, Mansfield, admitted: possess knife in a public place. He was fined £733 with a £293 surcharge and £85 costs.

Lance Musgrove, 33, of Stone Cross Court, Mansfield, admitted: theft from a shop. He received a 12 month conditional discharge and was ordered to pay £85 costs, a £26 surcharge and £19 compensation.
