Free housing advice offered

Hopkins’ Housing Law solicitors will be holding advice sessions every Friday at the CAB Advice Hub offices on Regent Street in the town centre.

Free advice appointments will be available for anyone who is experiencing public or private sector housing problems, and is eligible for Legal Aid funding.

Carl Wright, Housing Law Partner at Hopkins, said: “As a local Mansfield firm, we want to provide free housing advice to members of our community who are experiencing housing problems.

“Particularly at this time of the year, we know that people may be struggling to pay their rent and that this could put them at risk of eviction or homelessness.

“It is important in such situations that people can easily access much needed advice and support.”
