Hucknall Residents’ Group formed to rejuvenate area
Welbeck Residents’ Association has been resurrected by Dennis Mayoh after a lack of support forced the group to fold a few years ago.
But Mr Mayoh is hoping that a new tide of rejuvenated support will help get the group back on track and make their area of Hucknall a better place to live.

“We have held several meetings already and enlisted the involvement and support of our local councillors and police and have already started to debate the issues.
“We want to encourage as many people as possible to come along. But we want more involvement if we are to see action.
“We need more residents to tell us about the issues affecting them and hopefully create an improved community spirit.”
The next meeting will take place on 16th September at the Broomhill Road Children’s Centre at 6.30pm.
