Lori Jewsbury, events coordinator at Thoresby Park, said: “We’ve got loads going on throughout the day and things to do to keep the kids entertained, including a bouncy castle, face painting, river dipping and a butterfly trail count.

“There will also be information on our new caravan site, wedding venue, the new pantomime, our new photography workshops and much more!”

The event runs from 10am on Sunday morning, and entrance to the grounds is £4 per car.

Events at Thoresby Park help with the upkeep of the historic grounds, which have been owned by the Pierrepont family since the end of the 16th Century.
