John Godber Centre in Hucknall shows off latest completed refurb work

Popular Hucknall community venue the John Godber Centre held an open day to showcase the latest completed stages of its refurbishment programme.

The centre is now in its 112th year and also held the day to let everyone know it is is once again fully functional after a traumatic time during the pandemic.

A number of user groups took part in the open day, including Sarah Adamson School of Dance, Lovelace Theatre Group, Hucknall & District U3A, Hucknall Flower Arranging Group, Slimming World, Ceroc Heaven Modern Fusion Dance, Knit and Natter, Carers In Hucknall, and The St Mary Magdalene Church Social Groups.
