Reader Gary Hadfield from Sutton composed this picture of a summer’s day at Vicker Water Country park. Gary said: “What what a lovely setting for the historical Clipstone headstocks.”

Chad reader Ken Roberts sent in this picture of a Peacock butterfly taken during July. The Peacock is common across the British Isles with with quite spectacular eyes on the upperside of the hindwings.
