VIDEO: Holocaust survivor Simon’s message to youngsters

Youngsters at Forest Town’s Garibaldi College had history brought to life when they were visited by Holocaust survivor Simon Winston.

Sutton resident Mr Winston, who was born in the Ukraine and survived the Nazi genocide, regularly talks to students as his work as a volunteer for the National Holocaust Centre in Museum near New Ollerton.

He visited the Garibaldi Road school in preparation for Holocaust Memorial Day, which takes place this week.
