Young man stole clothes to keep warm

Magistrates have been told how a young, homeless Mansfield man stole clothes to keep warm.

Jamie Roberts (22), of Rosemary Street, was detained and searched by staff at Store 21 on 6th December and found to have stolen boxer shorts, a hat and a pair of gloves to the value of £16.97.
