Worrall, who is originally from Hucknall, has impressed for Chris Hughton’s men this season and that hasn’t escaped the attention of West Ham who are pushing for a European spot next season following a fine campaign under David Moyes.

Worrall, 24, has started 30 Championship games for Forest this season and helped them to mid-table safety.

The tall centre-half made his debut for the Reds in October 2016 having come through the club’s academy, going on to make 136 appearances in all and also spending a season on loan with Glasgow Rangers, where he earned high praise from fans and boss Steven Gerrard.

He was an ever present in the Forest side last season and has continued to star for them over this campaign.
