Forest U-23s to play home matches at Alfreton

Alfreton Town's Impact Arena is to be home to Nottingham Forest's Under-23 side.

The Championship club has confirmed that Jack Lester’s side will play their Professional Development League, League Cup and Central League Cup fixtures at Alfreton.

Admission prices will be £4 for adults and £2 for concessions.

Forest said the move has been made to give the under-23 players a better matchday experience and to allow them the chance to play at a stadium on a regular basis.

Upcoming fixtures to be played at Alfreton include:

Birmingham City, Tuesday 18 October, 7pm.

Sheffield Wednesday, Tuesday 1 November, 7pm.

West Ham United (League Cup), Friday 4 November, 7pm.

Mansfield Town (Central League Cup), Tuesday 22 November, 2pm.

Crewe Alexandra, Tuesday 29 November, 7pm.
