James Jennings looking for the finishing touch at Mansfield Town
Jennings, who was a key figure at left back before getting injured last season, said: “I am enjoying it, though I have had a few nosebleeds up there when I’ve had chances to score.
“It will come and I know I just have to work on it.
“It is a position I have played in before and I don’t mind it as it gives me the chance to get forward and contribute on the attacking side. But, if we give the ball away, it is hard work to get back - I am sure Lee Beevers feels the same. But it’s not a problem.

“Now I am really looking forward to the Dagenham and Redbridge game. The players are looking sharp and hungry. So far I don’t think anyone has been better than us which is a positive, and we just have to kick on now. A win and a clean sheet would be nice.”
